SPEAKER PROPOSAL AGREEMENT

If this proposal is accepted by the Secretariat for the Wireless China 2005 . Roadshow. I agree to provide reasonable additional information as requested by InfoEx World Services Limited (InfoEx). I also understand that a fee of participation is required and will be paid to InfoEx according to the separate contract upon acceptance of my speaking proposal.

I understand that presentation materials are required, and that I will be responsible for providing InfoEx with a master copy of my presentation prior to the advised deadline.

I agree with InfoEx that the Wireless China 2005 . Roadshow Conference Program is to serve the information needs and interests of attendees on the subject of wireless and that my presentation will be objective, non-commercial in nature, issued-oriented, credible and professionally delivered.

I understand that Speaker substitution is not permitted, except in the case of an emergency and subject to InfoEx approval.
