In his current capacity, Dirk Dumortier holds overall responsibilities of the Asia Pacific Marketing and Business Development directions and manage the teams for voice and applications within the Alcatel Enterprise Solution Division. Alcatel’s Enterprise Solutions Division offers unified communication solutions for Small, Medium and Large Enterprises. Focusing on individual productivity, team collaboration, customer interaction and optimization of the business processes by integrating voice and mobility features into all the Enterprise business applications. These unified communication tools can run on any open infrastructure but best on alcatel’s communication platforms and network infrastructures. Dirk has more than 20 years' experience in Europe and 3 years in APAC. His extensive expertise covers all domains of Enterprise ICT, from Field operations, IT to Telecom solutions. As a pioneer in Managed Services and Convergence technologies, he has contributed many lectures for various universities and delivered key notes in major telecom events. Dirk is a graduate of Telecommunication and Microprocessors at the University of Antwerp. |

Dennis Chou got his bachelor degree in Information Engineering from Zhong Yuan University and his MBA from Western Pacific University in the U.S. Mr. Chou has rich experiences in electronic manufacturing and optic telecommunications. Between 1999 and 2003, he worked in the Information Technology department of BenQ (Taiwan), responsible for ERP and a software R&D team of 60 persons. Since 2003, he has been the Manager of Information Technology department of BenQ in Mainland China, responsible for ERP, CRM, HR compensations and network security. Mr. Chou is also the FLP lecturer, teaching courses such as CRM, communications and coordination and service value chain. His most recent publication is an article in IT168 titled Five Means to Improve IT Department’s competitiveness. |

Rong Yu is the assistant Editor-in-Chief and director of the Test Labs of China Network World. Mr.Rong was graduated from the Department of Computer, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 1997 and was awarded the degree of bachelor. He has engaged in reporting technologies and products of telecommunications, networking and computer industry for 9 years. Since 2001, he has involved in testing report and has very good understanding of networking products, such as Ethernet switches, routers, security products, wireless network and VoIP. He pays special attention on convergence of telecommunication networks and computer networks and voices unique viewpoints in this respect. He is also aware of domestic and international trends of telecommunication industry and transformation of the industry. |

Jason Yin is Managing Director for In-Stat China. In this role, Mr. Yin is responsible for managing and expanding the high-tech market research firm's business on mainland China, including managing an in-region analyst staff. Mr. Yin comes to In-Stat from Microsoft China where he was most recently a Licensing Manager in the Enterprise and Partner Group. Prior, he was an ERP consultant for Price Waterhouse China and a Stock Analyst and Investment Banker for China Securities Company. Mr. Yin holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management in The Netherlands and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in China. Alex Tao is an expert with ten years experiences in the network communications industry. Graduated from Beijing Post and Telecommunications University, he is the senior marketing manager of Juniper Networks in China region, responsible for market operation and exploration of Juniper’s enterprise security network in China. Prior to this, he worked as marketing manager, channel sales marketing manager, product marketing manager and channel marketing manager for several well-known communications/networks companies such as Cisco, Intel and 3Com. His expertise in the networking field includes both traditional routing and switching technology and emerging technologies of security, VoIP and wireless. He also has a deep insight into the development and evolution of the network communications market in China. |

Mr. Kong is a seasoned international business executive with more than nineteen years of experience in the transportation and information technology industries with leading multinationals. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kong was the Managing Director of SITA Greater China,the world’s leading provider of global Information Technology and telecommunications solutions to the air transport and related industries. During his 13 year tenure with SITA, Mr. Kong has made contributions to the information and telecommunication network development for the air transport industry in China. During 2002 to 2004, Mr. Kong developed and managed a joint venture company, InfoSky, for SITA and TravelSky. In 1980’s, Mr. Kong was with Cathay Pacific Airways in the capacity of Senior System Specialist. Mr. Kong received his B.Sc (Hon) in Computer Science from the University of Manchester, U.K. and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Mr. Kong is fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese. |

Dr. Bai graduated from Beijing University with a PHD degree in 1990. He has made research in the Department of Mathematics as a post doctor in Beijing University between 1990 and 1992. Dr. Bai has worked in Institute of Computing Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences in different positions including Assistant Research fellow, research fellow, PHD student instructor, Director of research department, Chief Scientist of software. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked in Ministry of Information Industry, participated in building CNCERT/CC. Since 2002, Dr. Bai worked in Shanghai Stock Exchange as Chief Engineer, Assistant to General Manager, Director of Technology Center, and led the major projects of the new transaction system and data warehouse. In 2003, he worked as the Vice Chairman of IT Committee of Securities Association of China and Vice Chairman of Securities Sub-committee of National Financial Standardization Committee. |

He was the vice manager of Shenzhen R&D center of TsingHua University Industrial Corp in charge of communications product R&D and technology between June 1996 and August 2001. He was the deputy chief engineer for new product development and technology in Shenzhen TsingHua Tong Fang Corp between August 2001 and Dec 2002. Since Dec 2002, he has worked in information center of Tong Fong Corp, responsible for VoIP network construction and management. |
