Abstract
It is the development trend that the access network is to support higher broadband, more integrated services and wireless access as well as deeper optical access. Now, the typical neck bottle of access network, which is blocking wide deployment of broadband services, is the bandwidth limitation. The broadband service development is driving the operators to speed up their access network. The technology evolution will make it possible to achieve this target. With Alcatel-Lucent's industrial leading solution, the advanced GPON+VDSL2 solution with network management automation, the operators can successfully achieve the network speeding up.

Speaker Biography
Mrs. Li Ailing is the Deputy Director at Access Network Division of Alcatel Shanghai Bell to be responsible for Alcatel Shanghai Bell’s broadband access business strategy and marketing in China with his massive experience in telecom industry.

Mrs. Li has joined Alcatel Shanghai Bell since 1999. During her more than 10 years telecom career, she has taken various roles like R&D engineer, product line manager, Deputy Director of Triple Play Solution Integration, Deputy Director of Business Development and Marketing. She has made remarkable contribution to DSL market share enlargement and market position consolidation in China for Alcatel.

Mrs. Li graduated from Xidian University and holds the degree of Master degree of telecommunication and electronic system.<Back>
